1. Where does Hillverra ship to?
We currently ship to all locations across the United Kingdom and the United States. We’re expanding to more regions soon.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free throughout the UK and USA. No hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–7 business days
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You may return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for details.
6. How do I start a return?
Contact us at returns@Hillverra.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return label.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure payment gateways supported in the UK and USA. All transactions are encrypted and 100% safe.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@Hillverra.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry if that happens. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Return Policy.
